You must be at least 13 years old to use VoxZen. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Accuracy:You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
One account per person:Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
VoxZen provides AI-powered communication coaching, including:
VoxZen is an educational and coaching tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional psychological, therapeutic, or career advice. Results vary by individual effort and circumstances.
AI limitations:Nova is an AI model. It may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You should exercise your own judgment and not rely solely on Nova's feedback for high-stakes decisions.
VoxZen offers a limited free tier with no payment required.
Pro subscription:Pro access unlocks the full roadmap, unlimited Nova sessions, voice analysis, and all practice tools. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at checkout in Google Play and varies by region.
Billing:Payments are processed through Google Play. Your subscription is subject to the billing terms of Google Play. VoxZen does not directly process or store your payment information.
Renewals:Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged through your Google Play account.
Cancellations:You may cancel any time through your Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
Price changes:We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
You retain ownership of content you provide to VoxZen — including voice recordings, text inputs, and written reflections.
Licence you grant us:By submitting content to the Service, you grant VoxZen a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not use your personal voice recordings or coaching conversations to train AI models without your explicit written consent.
Responsibility:You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials in the Service — including the VoxZen name, logo, curriculum, and Nova AI — are owned by or licensed to VoxZen. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except as explicitly stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without written permission.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using VoxZen, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. Use the Service at your own discretion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXZEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $10 USD IF YOU ARE A FREE USER).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoxZen and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
By us:We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide notice where practicable.
Effect of termination:Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. If you are located in a jurisdiction that does not permit this choice of law, the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction will apply to the extent required.
Informal resolution:Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@voxzen.app and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Class action waiver:To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
